How to Evaluate an Indian Recruiting Agent

Before selecting a Recruiting Agent to receive your requirement, check at least these:

1. Registration status. Confirm the RA ID and RC number shown are for an active, public record — a registration that has lapsed or is under source-review is excluded from active search by default.
2. Claim and source-freshness badges. A claimed profile means the agency itself confirmed ownership, staff-reviewed. Source freshness tells you how recently the registration source was checked — neither one is a performance rating.
3. State and district coverage. Not every registered agent operates nationally; check where the agency is actually based before assuming reach.
4. Industries and destinations served. Where an agency has tagged this, it tells you whether their experience matches your sector and corridor — treat an untagged profile as "not yet stated," not as "does not serve this."
5. Independent cross-check. Verify the RA number directly on the official eMigrate portal before engaging — this marketplace is not a substitute for that check.
