For foreign employers and authorised partners with a genuine overseas manpower need. This is a controlled B2B channel, not a public job board or candidate database — here's exactly what happens from account creation to your requirement reaching Recruiting Agents.
Create an employer account
Contact person, corporate email, legal company name and country. No fee is currently charged to create an account or submit a requirement.
Describe the requirement
Role, destination country, headcount, experience, skills, salary range and benefits. You can attach up to 5 supporting documents and save it as a draft before submitting.
Search and select agents yourself
Filter the directory by state, country, trade and whether an agency is currently accepting requirements, then choose up to 20 registered agents to route it to. Nothing is broadcast automatically — you pick who sees it.
Confirm and submit for review
Submitting requires accepting a B2B compliance declaration. Every submitted requirement is checked by marketplace staff before it's distributed — not an open blast — and only routes to agents whose registration is currently active and public.
Manage responses from your dashboard
Once distributed, selected agents can respond. You track every requirement, response and document in one place, and can close a requirement once it's filled.
