Responsible Recruitment Principles

India's emigration rules exist to protect workers, and this marketplace is built around that framework, not around it. At minimum, every agency and employer using this marketplace is expected to follow:

• The legal service-charge cap — currently ₹30,000 plus applicable GST per worker, under Rule 25 of the Emigration Rules, 1983 as amended in 2017. No agency should be charging beyond this.
• Written contracts — terms provided to the worker in advance, in a language they understand.
• Digital, receipted payments — no undocumented cash charges.
• Accurate role and wage information — no substitution of employer, role or salary after departure.

Concerns about a listed agency's conduct can be reported through the Complaint & Grievance Policy — reports are moderated and are not automatically published as allegations against a business.
